Prices : All prices are subject to change without notice and supersede those of all previous lists. Quoted prices are honoured for 30 days from date of quote unless otherwise stated. Possession of a price list will not be accepted by Cascade Flow Control Solutions as an obligation or offer to sell any goods listed therein. Items quoted are subject to prior sale. Partial orders are subject to review. $50 minimum order excluding applicable taxes.
Taxes: Provincial tax is extra where applicable.
Freight: (Incoterms 2010) : All shipments are FCA Seller's Premises unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms: NET-30 days O.A.C. from invoice date.

Deliveries: Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage or loss caused by delay in delivery, regardless of the cause of delay and whether from fire, accidents, floods, riots, strikes, transportation delays, labour or material shortages or any other cause beyond our control.
Shortages: All claims for product shortages and/or inaccurate orders shall be made within five working days from date of invoice.
Warranty: Cascade Flow Control Solutions warrants goods solely in accordance with the Manufacturer's warranty. Cascade shall in no circumstances be liable for any claims for labour, installation costs, damages or other special or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits, or other expenses incurred by reason of the use or sale of any material products found to be defective.
Returns: Returns are accepted providing the item(s) is accompanied with written pre-authorization, a copy of the customer purchase order or Order Confirmation, and a Cascade Flow Control Solutions issued RGA number. Returned goods are subject to inspection and must be unused and in resalable, new condition. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns for non-stock goods can be subject to all or any additional freight, brokerage and vendor restocking charges. Cascade Flow Control Solutions reserves the right to decline any return over 30 days from the date of invoice.
