Marketing Assistant

Cascade Flow Control is a family-owned and operated business seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. To start, we are looking for someone willing to work part-time hours with the opportunity to progress to a full-time, salaried role with benefits. In this role, you will work with our management and sales team to develop and create social media content, email marketing campaigns, marketing material to support our sales team, and more. There is also the opportunity to learn about marketing strategy development and execution for these areas.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing and Communications
• Ability/ willingness to work in-office

Duties

• Provide stellar support to Account Managers with sales and marketing material
• Management of marketing-related CRM activities including email list creation and maintenance
• Creation and design of industry-leading emails
• Measure and report on the performance of email campaigns
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Assist with daily community management of client social media channels
• Be responsible for replying to phone calls and emails pertaining to daily marketing tasks
• Collaborate with team members to create remarkable graphic design pieces
• Become an expert on the brand to ensure all client and brand guidelines are followed
• Participate in regular team meetings and collaboration sessions

Skills

• 1+ years of experience working in B2B digital marketing
• Up-to-date on the latest marketing trends
• Functional knowledge of social media platforms
• Email marketing design and deployment
• Ability to stay organized and meet project deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite including Publisher
• Previous experience with or knowledge of Sage CRM is an asset
